About

Amanda James
Amanda is a clinical naturopath, nutritionist and herbalist providing evidence-based, holistic health support. She holds a Bachelor of Health Science in Naturopathy and is a member of the National Herbalists Association of Australia (NHAA). Amanda’s primary focus is to help people feel better in their bodies and lives. She helps her clients make sense of what’s going on and guides them step by step toward better health, balance and long-term resilience.
Amanda supports women of all ages with hormonal health, addressing concerns such as hormonal acne, PCOS, endometriosis and perimenopause. She also regularly treats gut health issues and works with a wide range of conditions including thyroid dysfunction, immune health, stress, mood, sleep and metabolic health. With a practical and compassionate approach, Amanda works alongside her clients to create sustainable changes that support long-term wellbeing. She consults in person at TwentyNine on Mondays and Fridays, and also offers telehealth appointments.
